can't believe we lost that one to be honest, terrible decision not to give Hyypia a penalty by the ref though.

don't understand still why Torres came off

Im back guys, what a great game and an awesome atmosphere!!

STILL undefeated at the Bridge sine before Mourinho's reign

Anyway to the game....

Chelsea started superbly, although I missed 5 minutes due to crowd congestion they took control of the first half and easily could have been 2 or 3 up.

Drogba scored a great goal beating Reina at his near post when he thought it was going back into the box

The second half was a different story and Liverpool had two decent early chances to score but didn't take them, this is when I thought it might be our night. Then bang Torres scores and it's level, unbelievable how it can change so quick, the Liverpool fans chant his name and the Chelsea fans are stunned but still keep the noise up.

Chelsea manage to keep the scoreline and force extra time, from here onwards it was all Chelsea and why Essien's goal wasn't given I will never know? (haven't seen highlights yet) but we was celebrating for ages before we realised it wasn't given.

Literraly two seconds later penalty, and a clear penalty right infront of me too and super Frank the hero scored it under stupid amounts of pressure for his mum!

I missed the Babel goal but Chelsea had control and moved onto Moscow

Overall, a good game, great atmosphere of which I thought the Liverpool fans where so poor and quiet and Chelsea deservered it over the whole 120mins.

blatently offside three players obstructing Reina's veiw.

You failed to mention Hyypia's denied penalty by the way.

Must of missed that then, looked good from my view but it all happens so fast I will watch the highlights do decide I think.

In my opinion Hyypia dived blatently and that was the opinion in all the players and the ref, again I will have to watch the highlights to see if that was the case. If it wasn't then justice is done from the goal that never was at Anfield two years ago

Im sorry but I'm a liverpool supporter and in all fairness Chelsea played a better game dominated possesion held the ball better and completed passes but mainly the domination in the midfield killed us and torres coming off. Anyone remember that happening with Owen??
