I hacn't done my "super league" in 08 but in the 07 version, the top 4 was always Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal and I found it very easy to beat the Italian and Spanish teams.

when I did it liverpool and arsenal were battling relegation i finished mid table with celtic. chelsea, man utd, milan, and porto(!) were the ones challenging for the league

I just won the league cup beating Celtic 2-0 in the final

Not looking forward to Man United in the next game in the Champions League though
