Had a good First Season, missed out on Europe due to my 2-2 draw with Everton.

Plans for next Season are obviously win a Cup and get into top 4.

Blackburn got Relegated so i plan on Swooping for Bentley, and also signing Ashley Young.

Started a new game and went on holiday for a while, till 2012 as i was told it getsa really interesting around 2020 but couldn't be bothered going on holiday that long!

Anyway, only job i could get was with Plauen in the german 3rd division, expected to be relegated, finished 1 spot and 1 point clear.

Next season i finished lower mid-table, and the problem arose.

I've got a first team and an U19's team, so now my players are starting to become too old for U19 football and i have to throw them in at the deep end, I was wondering if there's any way to create a reserve or U21 team?

Send them out on loan?
