After seeing Markus's thread on the PS3 and the new Fifa I thought I would post a thread on Fifa 09.

So who here is getting it?

Yes i will be getting it for the xbox 360 and hopefully it will be better than fifa 08

Looks awesome, big fan of all the previous Fifa titles.

And I'm not sure about that box art, it looks PS'd

Na I'm a Pro Evo fan (they are so much more interesting to play, and the players don't run too damned slowly to do any skill but I won't start a game war just yet...). The graphics do look good but I think that is just FIFA's style, you only see that good graphics during replays. Also love the way in all footie games they have never sorted out the bottom of the shorts - they always look very stiff and don't rest on the players legs - defying gravity! On the second screen shot, I hope it isn't going to be like that! - All players standing like robots, crowd don't look very exited and Dida with a hunchback and an odd head. Na I guess it looks ok. The box art does look a bit odd, you would hope it is fake!

But as for the cover, i dont think that the one posted is the real one, as i beleive that Ronaldo is contracted with PES. Have to say it did look good though and the in game graphics look quality.

A lot of them images aren't Fifa 09 I believe
one of them shows Ronney with the 2006/07 kit and graphics are identical to previous versions. Although a lot of them are FIFA 09 and it looks awsome.
Also the covers not legit as It will feature Rooney, Ribery & Benzema
