Unfortunately as it was an E-Cheque that you used on paypal it says the following.

Status:
Uncleared (Expected Clearing Date: 12 May 2008)

Payments Sent: The eCheque payment has not cleared your account yet. Please allow 7-9 days.

Once this has cleared I will receive an e-mail and you will become active instantly with a gold VIP badge

It should have paid instantly.
