Great performance and a great game (from a Southend point of view) but im afriad we will never get auto promotion!

Playoffs would be awesome though

If teams above us keep dropping points like they have been anythings possible,i know there's only five games to go but we've got to keep dreaming.

are manager said we can still reach the playoffs all we have to do is win are last six . we have not won in the last seven games so how are we going to win the next six

Another fine performance from Southend beating Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0 with goals from Mark Gower and a scorcher from Adam Barrett saw Southend move 3points from an assured place in the playoffs.
