Quality is mostly the same as mid-table MLS squads. Here in America their is no relegation system in place, so like I said, the USL and MLS are two totally different American Leagues. Seattle Sounders for instance, won the league last year, and they struct a deal where they will be in the MLS next year. Which I guess is good for the Silverbacks becuase it means one of the usual "favorites" to win the league, are now out of it.

Yeah we have no Relegation/Promotion in our league either, which is (Partially) why I refuse to follow it.

That's part of the reason I don't pay too much attention to American "soccer". I think a true football League is only at its best when a system is in place that really rewards teams for having a great season (even though that team may not finish first), and punishes those teams that have an awful year. Thus I follow the English game.

I like to follow the LA Galaxy, yes i'm one of those sado's who jumped on the band wagon when Becks signed for them. But I quite enjoy tracking them, didn't have a very good season last year, but the Galaxy are not doing to bad this term, currently lying 2nd in the Western Conference.
