I personally wouldn't leave a championship club to go to rangers or Celtic, either play against pretty poor teams week in week out with the occasional Champs league match or play close games against a variety of opposition with the chance to get to the Prem.

Teams like Dundee United and Aberdeen are mid-table championship teams easy. Stay at a club with a local fanbase maybe play for a relegation battling premiership team or play for one of the biggest clubs in the world with one of the biggest fanbases in the world, play in europe almost every season and win things most years.
