You may or may not have seen at the top of the site "Donation" and also a box that states how much more is required to reach our goal.

Now this isn't something you have to do but something that if you do is very much appreciated and covers the costs of the site if we reach the 100% goal

This is purely to pay for our ever increasing bandwidth costs, our hosting service, domain registration fees, software licensing fees, maintenance costs, advertising (to help the site get bigger) and any modifications!

You can donate any amount from £1 upwards, anything is appreciated as and when you can because as you can imagine it isn't cheap and I do it all myself for you guys This runs and resets every month so you can see how we are doing, any member that donates is then automatically switch to a VIP Donated member with all the rewards that the VIP members get "click here to see"

Anyway feel free to donate when you can/like and if you get any problems let me know! (as it is a new modification)

A big thankyou to everyone who donated in the last month and joined the subscription of the VIP/DonatorVIP.

This helped us reach our target, we hit the goal and scored, so a massive well done to all who donated!

This has covered the cost of the site for this month and with the extra we managed to get I have paid for advertising on a large soccer links site which should hepfully help us gain more members.

Im thinking of scrapping the Donation idea (which shows % left each month) and just leaving the VIP subscription in place which allows access to private lounge etc etc

What do you guys think on that?

I'm indifferent about scrapping the Donation Idea. I don't see anything wrong with it but it's up to you.

If you scrap it then less people mwill know it's there, therefore in theory, less donations

Very true, but surely they will ask why they can't see the private forums and why other users have special vip badges and colours

It's a tricky one just thought it might make the site a bit neater and still live the VIP subscription.
