That guy is pure class and if Steve Tilson ever leaves Southend United then I hope Ian Holloway is the man to take over!

I remember that first interview, Real Madrid didn't actually start with any players that anyone had heard of and I think (if my memory is correct) that they won 1-0 with a penalty.
