CHAT FOOTBALL FORUM

Glory. We all love it, don't we? But one football nutter can't get enough of it, and he wants it week after week after week. From August to May, he will be travelling around the country supporting teams that win. He could end up anywhere, from Barnet to Chelsea. But he must start somewhere, so which team scarf has he bought himself first? None other than Grimsby Town. He will support us until we lose a game, which then he will support the team that beat us, and so on.

That's pretty good but if you think about it he might be stuck in League 2 all season . He really need to hope that a team in League 2 has a cup run or atleast a decent team otherwise he will never get to the Premiership or anything.

Also I just thought, what happens if he does get to say Liverpool and say Barcelona beat them? does he have to move to Spain?

That's a good point, plus he could be going back and forth to clubs, example Rochdale beat us, then Darlington beat them, then we beat Darlington etc. It's a confusing journey he is going on, but yes he could end up anywhere .

Plus if someone is that crazy about glory, I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up in Spain .

He needn't worry, Grimsby won't disapoint

He'll probably make it up to the EPL, League 2 team could get beat by at League 1 or Championship team in a Cup, then one of those will get beat by a better team, and so on.
